What this page covers

This notice explains what happens to your information when you register for The Direct-to-Consumer Engine webinar. It covers this registration site: the registration page, this notice, the terms page, the contact page, and the confirmation page. What we collect

When you register, we collect:

  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile phone number

We also automatically collect some technical and analytics information when you visit this page, including UTM parameters and referrer information (for example, which ad, link, or page sent you here). See "Cookies and tracking" below.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

  • Send you the link and instructions to join the live webinar
  • Send you email and text message reminders before the event
  • Follow up with you after the event about the training and about the paid, done-for-you service presented at the end of it

Where your information goes

Your registration is stored in a customer relationship management (CRM) system operated by Cuantico Inc., the sponsor of this event. Cuantico's own privacy policy, linked below, describes in full how it works with vendors such as cloud hosting providers, AI tools, telecom providers, its CRM platform, and payment processors.

Text messages

By entering your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages related to this event, including reminders and follow-up messages, from Cuantico Inc. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not required to attend the event. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help.

Email

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to be removed by replying to any email or by contacting us using the details below.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets a small number of its own cookies and collects basic analytics about how pages are used. The video player on the registration page sets cookies of its own, but only if you choose to play the video, as described below.

Analytics. Our hosting platform runs a built-in analytics script on every page. It records the page you viewed, the full address of that page including any campaign tags in the link you followed, the web address that referred you, your browser type and language, an approximate country derived from your device's time zone, and basic page-speed measurements. It sets a short-lived session-id cookie, valid for 30 minutes, so that several page views can be recognized as one visit. This data is processed by Tinybird on our behalf. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you.

Video. The video on the registration page is embedded from Dubb, a video-hosting company. The embed does not load with the page. It loads only when you press play, and at that point it sets cookies from Dubb, including XSRF-TOKEN and dubb_session. The Dubb player also loads YouTube's player interface, which in turn sets several cookies from YouTube and Google, including VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE and YSC. These are used by Dubb, YouTube, and Google to run the player, remember playback settings, and measure how the video is watched. No registration information is sent to them.

Fonts. Every page on this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Doing so sends Google the visitor's IP address, browser type, and this site's web address.

Security. Our network provider, Cloudflare, sets a __cf_bm cookie to tell automated traffic apart from real visitors. It is required for the site to work.

Advertising. We do not currently run advertising pixels on this site.

Registration data. The first name, email address, phone number, and campaign tags you submit through the registration form are described in "What we collect" above.

If we add another analytics or advertising tool to this site, we will update this notice to disclose it before it goes live.
